Lubbock author Kevin Mills has a new book sure to be appreciated by tired parents everywhere:
| I realized I could have just typed out my review....but it looks so much cooler to see my name and website in a published book, am I right? Thanks Kevin! |
Sounds like a great book! I could give it to my daughter-in-law, who's baby is due in August.
Very cool! I bet it's a great read! Everyone can use tips when it comes to babies.
I would like to win the book. ;) I can use all the help I can get, I was much younger with the other 2. I kinda like my sleep.
I think Alex's mom and dad would love this book.
This sounds like a fantastic book for new parents or parents-to-be. I tried everything under the sun with my kids but the best thing that worked on them was a baby swing....and me chillin' out....lol. I would love to have this book to give my daughter when they FINALLY decide to make me a grandma.
Pick me! This is right where I am! Learning how to make bedtime a delightful experience!!
Would love to have the book for new grandson, Alex!
Very Exciting Starr!! The best thing that worked for us was letting them sleep with us and putting them on their belly. I know, I know two things you are told not to do.
You know I would put it to good use! My current strategy to get through the sleepless nights is to thank God for giving me a healthy baby. Puts everything in perspective & keeps me from being too frustrated. :) It's worked for six weeks but I'd also like Alex to sleep longer during the night consistently - ha!
Yes please! Since it has been 10 years since my last child and I would like to sleep peacefully myself with this new bundle of joy. :)
I'd like to win the book! We're working on baby #1, so I want to read every book. :)

Am I too late? I hope not! I would love any tips on getting baby to sleep especially with #3 on the way!
Okay, so our youth pastor needs this book. It is sure to have great parental advise and the kids are putting on a shower for him. It is a TX author, How funny. Plus they are somewhat local to the area. SO, I need to know where I can get it in the N Dallas area within the next few days. I know not cool but I thought I would try. Anybody seen it somewhere I have to try? THANKS IN ADVANCE!
Oh I'm so sorry to have missed out on the book give away. My sister has 5 month old twins (along with a just turned 3 year old and a 10 & 12 year old) and sleep is a thing of the past for her. Her husband is a pilot so he's gone a lot and it's just her trying to get the twins to sleep - AT THE SAME TIME!! You think it's hard raising one infant? Try two at the same time and a three year old who still thinks he's the baby of the family.
I'll have to get her a copy with the hopes that one of his pieces of advise will work for her - even part time!
Thanks
Lou Ann
Mom to one good little sleeper
Starr, how would you compare this book to babywise? I have a cousin who is struggling with her newborn, and I think Babywise's tone would turn her off, and I've been thinking about trying to find something else to send her...(She asked for my advice!)

I'm Starr Cliff. A domestically-challenged mom, climbing over mountains of laundry to bring you my stray observations and amusing stories about my kids. (more)
