Surprise in Bloom

Our rent house has a cherry tree in the backyard! How cool is that? They are itty bitty cherries (80% pit), but cherries nonetheless. How fun!

That is awesome. I just went to the grocery and saw they had a sale on cherries - 3.29/lb. I thought that sounded good so I bought a bag. At the checkout, it turns out my bag cost over $8.00! Crazy. I was too embarrassed to say "put them back." Think how much money you will save with cherries in your own backyard!
